Prizes were also awarded to charities that had a motivational center on the running route. A raffle prize of 50 thousand ISK went to the MS Association of Iceland and the Parkinson’s Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skorri Rafn Rafnsson collected the most of all individuals, 3,643,500 ISK for Styrktartf\u00e9lag children with cancer. Never before has an individual collected so much, but the old record was 1.6 million in 2014. Hilmir Vilberg Arnarsson collected the second most, 2,833,000 ISK, for \u00de\u00f3rd\u00eds’s CMT4A Foundation. In third place for individuals was L\u00e1rus Gu\u00f0mundur J\u00f3nsson, who collected 1,848,075 ISK for the Bergm\u00e1l charity and charity association.
