Alva Real Estate purchased commercial premises at Rauðarárstígur 27 and part of a car park from Eik for a total of 820 million.

Alva fasteignir ehf. has purchased 1,904 square meters of commercial property at Rauðarárstíg 27 in downtown Reykjavík from Eik fasteignafélag for ISK 744 million.

At the same time, Alva also completed the purchase of Eik’s almost 57% stake in a 938 square meter car park in the Þverholt 14 apartment building, which is located behind the property at Rauðarárstíg 27. The purchase price of the stake in the car park amounted to ISK 76 million.

Alva fasteignir is owned by the investment company Alva Capital. The owner of the company is Skorri Rafn Rafnsson.

The company in question is currently advertising for a managing director, but the job advertisement states that it has over the years established companies such as Netgíró, Heimkaup, Inkasso and Moberg. The company’s main focuses are real estate development, hotel operations, leasing and real estate operations. It plans to make major investments in real estate development in the coming months.
