Alva Capital and the Independence Party have signed a purchase agreement for the property at Háaleitisbraut 1, better known as Valhöll.

The Independence Party (Sjálfstæðisflokkurinn) and the real‑estate company Alva Fasteignir have reached an agreement for Alva to purchase Valhöll, the party’s long‑time headquarters.

Alva fasteignir, Skorri Rafn Rafnsson's company, is well advanced in reaching agreements with the Independence Party on the purchase of Valhöll.

The investment company Alva Capital has hired two experienced managers, Jónas Heiðar Birgisson and Birgir Guðmundsson.
